This semon focuses on Jesus healing a paralytic man. Jesus challenged the man by first asking him if he wanted to get well and after being healed, he told him that he needs to stay away from a life of sin. The application is that Jesus challenges us in our lives that if we want Jesus to heal us, we must first want to be healed and then make the changes necessary to not sin so we can stay healed.
