This message focuses on Jesus's warning to Simon Peter that Satan want to "sift him as wheat" which effective meant he wanted to manipulate him and ruin his witness. Moreover, the only way for Simon Peter to get through this situation was by prayer and holding on to his faith. The application for us is that the enemy seeks to "sift" believers today in the same manner and like Simon Peter, the only way to get through this attack by the enemy victoriously is by prayer and holding on to our faith.
